Anywhere from 45 mins for a quick freshen-up to 4 hours for creative grooming services. But here’s the thing – we never rush! Your pup’s comfort is way more important than our schedule.
Real talk: I hate charging cancellation fees (life happens!). Just give me a heads-up if you can’t make it. But no-shows will be charged 100% of the service (and might not be able to rebook).
Since we don’t use kennels, pick-up is right after we finish. Don’t worry – we’ll let you know beforehand when your pup is ready.
EVERYTHING! No sneaky add-on fees here. Your price includes:
-Nail trimming (and buffing if your pup allows)
-Ear cleaning
-Sanitary trim
-Paw pad & feet trim
-Any shampoo or conditioner needed
-All the treats and belly rubs your dog can handle!
Heck yes! But first we’ll need at least one regular groom before we turn your pup into a living masterpiece. Not all dogs are ready for colors right away.
Rabies vaccine or titer testing is required. No exceptions on this one!
Most of the time, yes! Our quiet, one-on-one environment often works wonders for dogs who’ve had rough experiences elsewhere.
